New tlds were launched in 2014 so to have an apples to Apples comparison perhaps the timeframes should be comparable

I am sure at an industry level the sales ratio of .Com's vs new tld will favor .Com

However newbies who do not have any decent .Com domains will not have many .Com Sales

On the other hAnd newbies buying new tlds instead of aftermArket .Com's has hurt the
Reseller market

i like the new extensions ...
but i think there are also a lot of good .com still available to register :xf.wink:

for example :
VRDRKnow
and other

life is changing
so many new inventions and technology upgrades

even generic...
