If premium letters are those stated above, I have one:

DNhm.com ..

But I like it very much, since it starts with DN (Domain Name).

PSGA

So far only this one:

CLFO.com

It`s very hard to get any.....now $100 won`t be enought either as people are offering $150 - $200.

like EOAJ, J isn't premium? it's quite common in english, like in the name John? plz can it be premium? :D

J is good for common last name like ... er ... Johnson.
I always play with ideas for "journal" when I see it, but that's a bit limiting I guess. Also "jobs" ... or "jokes" ... I guess there's a few words that begin with J. Better options than 'x' and 'z' in English, that's for sure! Let's say J is at least the best of the so-called non-premiums ... ah what the hell, for you we'll call it a premium. But don't tell anyone. It will be our secret!

actually....there would be first W and K nefore J.

And I`d add the U but.....it seems that the first one who decided which letters were premium is now the only trusted source. :td:

I also think that U should be considered premium, after all it's one of the only 5 vowels :)
