How is my blog doing so far?

It has been a little over two and a half months. I have been adding a new blog nearly every day, I have a few widgets/plug-ins installed.
I have screenshots below which indicate my traffic, search terms, etc.
I have 10-26 readers via feedburner on average.
I discovered the secrets of Digg two days ago, and from the July Traffic Screenshots you can tell something changed.
I have an alexa rank of like 2,000,000 and no pagerank still. I have quite a few backlinks I believe though.
Please tell me how I am doing, and what could be done to/for the site!

Content is king - you've got content....
Visuals are important as well - you've got pics and vids....
Structure and built - horrible. No offense intended.
The color doesn't work at all, the header/banner is nothing short of amateur'ish and the site is hanging off to the left.
Who's your target group - who do you want to appeal to? Change your colors and design to cater to your audience. A hardrock group with the greenish/teal background, that sorta doesn't work,...at all.
The banner could use some professional touchup as well and if you'd center the site, you'd have room to play with the siderails and eventually work some custom images into your new background.
Not a bad start, but there's some work to be done.

Do you know of a good layout to use? Or I should pay a few bucks for a professional?

I'd start googling for free templates or eventually even paid templates. to have one made solely for your site might be a bit costly. Lastly, there's always the avenue of holding a template design contest on NP. Not sure how much you'd have to offer to make entries lucrative for a designer.

That's a really cool website Weallscream. I never knew you can actually view some movies for free. You can't beat that. I do agree with IntelBank's suggestions. You need to fix your site a bit to make it more appealing.
