How hard would it be to make your own parking pages similar to Sedo/Namedrive?

Anyone know the basics of how parking companies set up their businesses? I know I could make similar pages and add adsense to them, but I want to know how sedo does it with their specific type ads.

SEDO and Namedrive have parking feeds; that's different than AdSense - you couldn't make an AdSense page look like a parked page and stay within AdSense TOS.

You need a minium amount of traffic to qualify for a feed that is so high its really beyound the average guy making there own "sedo" This is a topic ask many times in the past.
