is it special agreements with all these marketplaces?
Web scraping?
Downloading excel files?
Direct query to the databases?

They are easy to get. Expired domains provide an easy way to filter and sort that's all..
eg: http://www.namejet.com/Download/8-24-2020.txt

How they do it I am not sure, but the data is available quite easily.

I think so.. @Dynadot has it.. But pending delete list should be common sicne namejet must be taking it from a common registry database but i am not sure. I don't have it handy, but dynadot has it, as well as snapnames.. If you search this forum you will find it.
