How to get Verisign domain data?

Hi, I read here before that it is possible to obtain/download all the registered domains data (ie expiry date, whois info) from Verisign. Where or how can I download this data?

You can have access to the zone files but they only contain the lists of registered domain names and associated name servers. There are no dates. Also, domains with no name servers are not in the zone files.
