How do you value the traffic of a domains?

Hi Smart Domainers,
How do you vale the traffic of a domain name? I am not sure about this and I think that it is realy useful for domain investers to valuate the domains before purchasing.
I am running an FREE expired domains search site with alexa ranking report function and I am also looking for information/ advice to create the traffic fuction that must be close to the needs of domainers.

If I understand your question properly, its a rather "sticky" answer.

I think the question boils down to what kind of traffic is most valuable? This is all going to depend primarily on how the traffic is being generated. Is in Natural Type in? Is it Search Engine Based? there are a lot of questions, and almost all of them sum up to "How much revenue does the traffic generate?"

Thanks for your advice. Yes, It is. I think that it depend on many features, language, visitor location also very important... so it is really useful if we can list down here the list of points thoes could effect to traffic revenue.
