Say you have two good words that pull nice search results. But if you flip the words so the word that produces more comes first it now does not sound as good.

Does this make a huge diference, on which word is first or does it not matter as long as they work together?

generally what sounds the best is the best. UsedCars is better than CarsUsed

Put the name in Google with quotes surrounding it.

"car used" gives 3.2 million results
"used car" gives 66.4 million results

If both names have around the same number of Google search results, it's a good bet to take both. In this case, "Used Car" would be the obvious choice, but Google helps elucidate that.

I took that advise but the problem i have is the two words alone draw big numbers. When i put them together they draw nothing .

They are not just random words it forms a statement that i could build a site on.

excuse my newbie-ness.

if they're random words that don't quite make sense together, then you should consider developing it.

The name which sounds better is better. If your talking about domain names. Like PCMutt sounds better than MuttPC
