How do you get in the "blue box" with Adwords?

Just experimented with signing up with Adwords. I'm curious though, how you get a listing in the "blue box" above the search returns on Google, as seen on some searches, as all it seems to offer me is a listing on the right of the screen. No doubt "blue box" clicks are alot more frequent, as they're alot more noticable. Anyone know how to get one, and how much more they cost compared to a right margin ad?

Interesting, I didn't think there would be such dark arts involved :D. I thought they'd just charge extra, only they'd cunningly hid the feature from me, or it was only available to regular customers. Weird.

Thanks

I would have thought that if there were alot of people using the same keywords, then the blue box appears to the highest click payer.

The blue box doesnt always appear, but having the blue box there means probably more revenue for them because they are showing as many adverts as they can.

So as a guess I would say pick a really expensive search term and pay lots more than everyone else to get to the top.
