Create a new thread but pan to bottom of page you clicked start thread higher up the page but there are two parts.

Where are the instructions on how you do a poll?

Creating a poll is often part of the thread creation process:

• When you are creating a thread, you can optionally have it include a poll.

You can also add a poll to an existing thread that you've created using the Options drop-down and then select the "Add Poll" option.
