I understand the .com extention is by far the most valuable. but how do some of other extensions like .com.au or .us or .us.com compare in price against there premium .com counterpart?

im also wondering how you determine the value for domain names?

like i currently have 2 .coms and 2 .us.com (daybreakcasino.com, luckydaysales.com, tree.us.com and wholesale.us.com) and i have no idea of what they would be worth?

could anyone give me an idea on the values of names like those please?

Unless you really get lucky, I'd say under $100 for the lot. I've no idea why people buy sub-domains of us.com.

for trafic...the word tree alone has 68,000,000 global searches a month. im shore that makes it quiet possibale to turn a domain like trees.us.com into money.

Plus if I was looking to buy trees for example I wouldn't be looking to buy them from the uk if I lived in the us...so the .us.com extension would make shore I'm buying trees in the us and thus save me a click on a tree site outside the us

So how much are you making on tree.us.com?

Just because a word has so many searches does not make it a great word to build a business on.
A domain, just because it contains that word, is nothing unless you happen to really get lucky and develop it to a point where it just may show up on the first page of the serps.

I love people who think because a word has so many results in search engines that any domain with that word is gold.

Really, your domains are less than reg fee.

Tree.us.com is not even an actual domain, it is a subdomain. Tree.us could be worth $X,XXX range.

Tree.us.com is pretty much worth $0.

Actually, the nature of business is you sell it to people "who think" and "believe" they are gold. It doesn't matter if it is dumb. What matters is if "demand" is strong.

Take the keyword "cloud" for example. It's hot. Demand is strong. It doesn't matter if it's dumb with all the cloud-wannabes. You sell it to cloud maniacs. Cash registers will ring.

If there are a million dumb buyers out there demanding for "false gold", then it's good business. That's what motivates a businessman: Profits.

Moral obligation, is a different story.

Unless you sell a la the Greater Fool Theory, these are worthless domains. Sorry.
