I have never used any domain to create my email address but now I~d like to use one.

Let`s say I want to create:

[email protected]

How do I do this?

(I would prefer to use webmail and not Outlook....but if I have to.....)

Thanks

Check out Google apps. It is a little bit of a hassle to set up but once completed you have complete control of as many email accounts as you want and Google spam filtering.

CHeers

if your registrar give you a free DNS service, you can just set up your MX records to point to google mail MX servers.
if your registrar don't provide DNS service, you can use free one like http://www.zoneedit.com/
or
http://www.domaindns.com

most parking company, like sedo for example, allow you to just forward the domain to http://sedoparking.com/domainname.com
so, yes, you can use google apps along with some parking company

for more information about google apps, go to http://google.com/a

I just setup a google apps mail for a friend, take a look at http://mail.themets.info

If you are specifically looking to create [email protected] .. I noticed that your web hosting is already using cpanel http://www.italiandragon.com/webmail

Here is what you should do to create email :

- Go to http://www.italiandragon.com/cpanel
- Login using your ftp username & password
- Then go to "Mail"
- Then go to "Add/Remove/Manage Accounts"

After you create your desired email, you can login using first link in my post.

Good Luck :tu:

Google Apps is *way* better than the crap that comes with cPanel, be it sm or horde.

no, actually, it`s not for italiandragon.com, that was just an example...the TOP SECRET (due to TM issues) name is at NETSOL.

Thanks :)

I don't know if this will help, but this way you can have the email go wherever you want it (webmail, Outlook)
I don't actually setup all the email addresses I use,
for my directories or websites.
I just go into cpanel and add a forwarder
like, Lorenzo(at)ItalianDragon.com and forward it to my
main email. Even though the above email doesn't exist
it forwards any mail to wherever I send it (without revealing
the "forward to" address)
