USPTO does not work like this. Your "tess" link is broken. USPTO uses temporary URL's that expire within minutes. If you want to link to a specific TM, just link to the tarr status page. Marc

Seriously, just do the Google search to start. If you see a lot of results, it's best to hire a law firm for a more comprehensive answer.
