question Trademark Search Clarification Question

I'm new to this and need some clarification on the proper way to conduct a trademark search...

Let's say I conduct a trademark search via http://tmsearch.uspto.gov (TESS search) in relation to the domain name suitedeck.com. The results show me one record titled "The Suite Life on Deck" and that this trademark is registered as a service mark.

1. Does this mean I should not own the domain suitedeck.com
2. Am I conducting a trademark check correctly?
