How Do I do a private sale?

Someone emailed me and is interested in a couple of my domains. How does the sale process work when doing a private sale? I have never sold one before. How does the money and domain exchange take place? thanks

If this is the first time you deal with your customer, always use third party escrow service for safety of both party.

If your customer doesn't understand escrow service, point him/her to escrow FAQ.

I have some big businesses that send me wire transfer, this save some $ in escrow fees. We normally sign NDA (non disclosure agreement) regarding our domain transaction.
