I was able to contact mine via Facebook believe it or not. Anyway, it turned out later that the FB was being run by the guy's agent, but still I got a response and we had a very pleasant conversation.

Thanks. I’ll try facebook. It was one of those weird coincidence things. I was searching through domains expiring the next day while watching a move, and the exact match first and last name .com’s of one the actors in the film was on the list. Just bought it to give it to him since hugenames had it before.

I guess no reason to keep it a secret. I don’t think he’s really acting anymore. It’s Edward Furlong. I was watching Terminator 2 when I saw the domain pop up. He played the sidekick to Arnold (John Connor). If anyone knows how to get ahold of Edward, EdwardFurlong.com is his for free.

I contacted a celebrity via his agent because I was sure the price inquiry I had received on a domain had come from him. But the agent told me that no, the celebrity wasn't interested in the domain. I set the price high anyway, low to mid five figures. A month or so later the domain sold, at my full asking, but it wasn't to the celebrity. It was sold to someone in Hollywood, in the movie industry, but not for anything to do with movies or celebrities.

That's because they get can 100s of emails a day from people who want something from them. Before trying to contact a celebrity, ask yourself if you have something to offer, or if you are just another person trying to make easy money or trying to bask in their reflected fame.

best way is through their twitter comments tbh... i see celebz actualy liking / replying there. But i'm pretty sure you can't land a domain sail email in their twitter feed.......

but tbh most ppl don't understand domains so they'll say no. You have to ask her marketing expert because I'm pretty sure Kim K couldn't even log into GD...... . . . . . . . . . . . . so why would she buy it.

but if it were celebs in Asia, different story. They might actually understand its worth because they actually have more than tin cans.

I recently had some issues with a celebrity for it's trademark. I'm talking about Michael Bloomberg. M Bloomberg is an American businesman, politician and considered the sixth- richest person in US. So the same day he announced his political intentions of running for president in 2020. Long story short, I went and purchased Bloomberg.vote. and put it on sale for $50,000. Couple of months later, I received a letter ( see attachment) from Uniform Rapid Suspension Sistem( URS). The complain was submitted by Bloomberg Finance L.P about trademark violation. I ended losing the case, my money, and a lesson learned .

As soon as they contacted me, I immediately apologized and offered to delete or surrender the domain without going through legal issues. They accepted the " plea- deal" and took over the domain. I lose the ownership right away. Bro I was so scared. Famous people have money and power.
