I have a dictionary word domain. I've had it for over 6 months. This is a hand-reg
I've got a few opportunities I am possibly looking at (outside domaining) and so I looked up the value to liquidate a few. One of the estimation tools showed me that Afternic has it listed for sale at $5K. I suppose in theory someone could have held it before and listed it. But that would have been at least a year ago. I feel it hurts my chances of getting any type of price above that, which I think is possible for the right end-user.
What's going on here, and what actions to take?
