It's been the dullest month comparing last 12 months on domain sales, how about you?

Congrats ) that is with about 5000 names? Averaging 2-3%/year is an amazing feat.

Lots of offers and inquiries but not much closed this month yet. Waiting to close a couple of big ones from last month where the buyers insist they will close but haven’t paid up yet.

Not good at all, quite a few low end - geo deals agreed but not a single one has gone through, wish there was no 60-day move out lock and a bit domain educated end users.

Zero this month, but that's probably because i have backed off from actively selling so nothing unexpected. It's given me time to focus on building my portfolio. Back on it next month!
