i can't add ALL the urls of my site to Adsense

what is the best way to find the URL that generated the click ?

Try out the channels that Adsense provides. You can create channels from your adsense your account, and add them to your ad code in the ad code wizard.

you can use a script like AdLogger , but AdSense let you create like 500 channels so it youf just want to see clicks domain wise i think that would be more then enough.

You can add upto 200 URL channels for specific pages.

For example:

yourdomain.com/pictures.htm
yourdomain.com/archive/old.htm
etc.
