I am new member here and want to collect very demandable domain but i don't know much about which category or niche will be good for highly domain.

At the moment "Crypto" names are hot. The best thing would be that you aquire names in a niche you're familiar at.

Welcome @Comanyboss , well, while you think, read, study, and listen niches advices, I would jump to Crypto-coin-finance.’very hot nowadays.
After you set your step into crypto niche you can keep looking forward your best niche. Try to choose a niche you like and of course one profitable niche. Which? Not sure, there are dozens of it .

Jumping into new ground that you are not familiar with just because they are currently trending may not be the best route for everyone.
