How 101 Domains Destoyed My Sanity

Greetings, and thanks for viewing my intro thread!

(And I'm glad you liked my headline enough to click on it.)

My Name is Adam Paul and I'm insane.

Well...I don't know if "insane" is exactly the right term to use, but there's obviously something haunting me ever since I got wrapped up in this whole "Domaining" thing.

I suppose addicted would be a better term.

You see, ever since I entered the world of Internet Marketing, I've been compulsively buying domain names.

Its like an awful habit that you just can't kick. I get a fly-by-night idea for a business that I clearly don't have time to persue...but I buy a domain name for it.

But its not just any domain name...Its actually really good and somehow left for the taking.

Here's a couple examples:

socialarchives.com
guestlistnetwork.com
LAscandal.com
BeMyQueen.com
PickASchool.com
LAsexDiet.com
HipHopBio.com
BeMyLie.com

Its as plain as the eye can see, that these domain names are completely unrelated and have nothing to do with eachother what so ever. But there's already a story behind them.

I'd even go as far as combining two words to make it shorter...since that seems to be the "cool" thing to do these days (i.e. web log => blog, etc).

CouCodes.com
Sexplorgy.com

Then I started making shit up for no reason. The less characters the better, right?

ZodZa.com
3pENT.com

Who knows.

Anyways, I've racked up over 101 domains in the last 8 months. Some of them suck, some of them rock...others have amazing branding potential and could really be perfect for the right person who's looking to develop it.

Its almost like I want to sell the story and hope someone bites.

What can I say? I'm a speculator.

Now, i've come to a point in my life where I could seriously use a few extra bucks (at LEAST the close-to $1000 i spent on these god forsaken things) and i need to get serious.

I want to get professional appraisals done by the best people in the largest market place and see what happens.

But obviously, If i did this for all my domains i'd be broker then a bum in Venice.

Instead, I need to sift through the pile and pluck out the absolute, highest potential GEMS I have and focus on those specifically...at first.

And thats why I'm here.

And I KNOW im asking a lot...especially for someone who has never given any value to this forum before. (I've been on forums before...I defiantly know how it is when some schmuck comes through and leaches out the gates. I refuse to be that schmuck)

So I ask you all for your advice.

Where do I start? What do I do? Who's runnin' this here game?

(Ideally, I would LOVE for you to pull me aside and take a look at my entire list, pick out your top 5 and refer a good appraisal source...but I wouldn't expect that from you.)

Any and ALL feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Stay Flippin,

Adam Paul

Hi Adam,

Sorry for not reading your question earlier.
You could put your domains up for appraisals here. That way you will get more than one opinions. In this market for two word generics or brandables the opinions are often divided, and the values vary from person to person.

You can also send me the list. I can only look at it tomorrow, but rest assured I will give you an honest opinion. But dont just take one persons word for it, also put it in the appraisals section.

Hi Adam. My name's David and I'm an addict (too). You are still in the safe zone with only 101. Wait until you wondering what you can steal and sell to buy more domains. That's when you know you need some serious help.
