I use Godaddy because they have a free website builder. My question is if there is any other companies that has this? Also is there any places that do not have monthly fee for hosting?

We have rvSiteBuilder which is a very powerful site builder (it can accessed via cPanel)

As for free hosting - yes, there are numerous free hosts out there. Although I think you'd struggle to find a good quality host, who is free and has a site builder.
