Regardless of if you like new extensions or not, I have to agree that this Bruce guy is incredulously naive.

Spending $90k on two domains isn't quite reducing marketing costs. He doesn't understand how SEO works. Plus the online real estate business is unbelievably saturated, every startup thinks they have a great new idea but everything turns out to be another zillow copycat.
