"Historia" means History in Portuguese and Spanish. (more correctly História in Portuguese... oh an IDN, sorry)

Interestingly, it was on a (true) expired auction one year ago where the bidder that won did not paid the final price of $40,300.

It is a known bidder and it is still allowed to bid today.

My guess is that he might have felt cheated by some shill bidding or other scam that seems to pop up every day now at CrapJet and reneged to pay.

Network Solutions seems to have just moved the domain to the vault. No strings attached. Lets wait some more time to try and get a few more bucks.

It may not be by chance that a lot of domains that were in "pre-release" status for more than a year, with their auction's start always advancing, are being sold now...

Until when will this unfair and conflicting practice go on? Until when will a company that breaches is own contract rules every single day be permitted to work?

regards,

Not sure what you were saying but if the reserve had been met and exceeded then I would damn well be demanding the domain regardless...
