High traffic and no clicks - What a pity

I have one info domain which is getting 45-50 unique views on sedo,but no clicks at all and in my opinion the name of the domain is a problem lol because its some medical term (name of bone) ..and those ppl are looking for some specific thing while there is no proper advert optimization I could make for that bone.

More than likely just spiders/bots, I'm guessing the 45-50 is monthly and not daily. 15-30 is more likely as 45-50 seems a little high but with no clicks that's probably the case. Hit & miss, may not return for a while.
