I dont know if there is a ImpEx function like Vbulletin...
But, I would say: ( easy way )

- Close the forum ( turning it off by the board setting )
( or rename the index.php to index.php(bak) ... in this case you have to
make a new index file called: index.html

and enter this code

<html>
<head><title> -- FORUM NAME -- </title></head>
<body>
<center>
Upgrading the forum...
</center>
</body>
</html>

- Now there wont be any new posts or threads by your users
- Backup the files and Database

- Now upload them to the new Server (including the database)
- Test it under a test URL.. ( ask your ISP what it is )
if it works.
- Change the nameservers to the new host
- wait approx 24 hours
then delete the index.html and rename the index.php(bak) to index.php
(or turn your forum on by the board control)

This is I think one of the 100 ways to do it...

I hope it helps...

Probably the best way to do it. Of you haev cpanel, you can create backups of both files and databases in 2 files. Alot easier then downloading and uploading all files individually.
