Help! - Talktalk broadband with belkin wireless router!

Hi all just wondering if anyone ix experienced with talktalks broadband and using a belkin wireless router (F5D7632-4).

If anyone has experience setting it all up, a reply or PM would be immensly appreciated, thanks!

I personally have not set up talk talk with a wireless router but I have done it with a speedtouch router.

Setting up the external connection is very straight forward. All I had to do was set the username and password in the router configuration screen.

The username should be your phone number with @talktalk.net at the end of it and the password they provide you.

I have entered everything, but it doesn't want to actually connect

if your phone line is close to your computer consider testing it with the supplied modem (or any other adsl modem you have) to ensure that the connection is fully working.

Also is it possible the router is connected to the internet but your pc is not connecting to that router when trying to connect to the internet? If you have a good admin area in your router you should be able to look around and see if it has obtained an ip number and wether it is fully connected.

The supplied modem works fine, it is how i am talking now.

And i can always connect to the router.
