[help]my domains had been auto-renewed, can you cancel them ?

my domains expired at 2009-03-26，i have checked them before, i logged in my account 2009-04-06, could not seen any domains in my account, but today i have received a mail for moniker said that all domain have been renewed.

can i cancell the renew ?

u had domain credits / credit card with autorenew enabled ? that may be the cause

u better call / mail them

i remeber that i cancelled the auto-renew, and 2009-04-06 i have checked them, i mailed moniker,but they did not want to refund the money

That is a down side of the AutoRenew. If you didn't want to renew and forget to shut it off, the domain will get renewed.

Sometimes there "could" be a software error if you unchecked the AutoRenew but that is not likely.

Never hurts to Verify, verify, verify.
