i own an online pharmacy store basically(www.pillbrowser.com), and i have purchased some traffic(about 50k) recently, but no sales yet.. I was wondering if there was anyone who wanted to work with me on some marketing strategies in return for a good portion of the income earned from sales. i can give you a little run down on the lowdown of the site and we can see what might work. look forward to hearing from someone. thanks

Buying traffic will not help you in anyway, your best bet is too buy some advertising space on some pharmacy based sites/forums. Failing that adsense might help you!

Buying traffic is just a good way to waste your money. Usually the traffic, which comes to your site is not intrested about your services. They just open site and close it.

Most of the time buying traffic is just a waste of money and bandwidth. It won't generate any sales as the traffic is untargeted. I think to generate sales your best bet would be an affiliate program.

All are effective but well adwords will be best way.
You can look at a guy selling coupons of adwords at cheaper rate.
