I backordered a domain at snapnames and won it through auction last year.It was managed at domus.com.However,I can't log into my account rencently. The administrater email was also changed to [email protected].I tried to contact domus.com.However,I have not got any reply.Snapnames said they no longer worked with Domus,so they can't help me.
What else can I do to get back my domain? Please help me,thanks

I've never heard of "Domus" ... but, at first blush, I would pressure Snapnames for further details, status of others who may have used their service (through Snapnames), points of contact, and how they plan on helping you with your current problem IMHO - you did not have the option of not using "Domus" (through your Snapnames auction), correct? :gl:

Best of Luck.

I threatened to include SnapNames in a lawsuit once and they helped me get my domain back. They did not want to help at first. I'd of sued them too if they did not help.

They sent me to a registrar in which the interface had no ability to renew or transfer the domain. The registrar said that they could see the interface....yet it was nowhere to be found on my side. Total liars.....they wanted my primo domain.
