question Can I cancel the domain backordered by Snapnames.

Hi,

Today I got a mail from snapnames that I have won a domain. Last I remember I had stopped backordering any domains from snapnames. The domain I won was backordered last year and I forgot to remove it. Now today they got the domain and charged my CC. I dint know anything about this.

Can I cancel this domain from snapnames and get my money back?
Has anyone had this experience.

I would say you're pretty much stuck. Maybe Snapnames CS will show some sympathy. You need to ask them and I would say sooner than later.

I have contacted support.and they have said we will and get back.
that domain is really not worth 69 dollars.
