For the next month, I was only able to come up with an $100 advertising budget. In what ways and methods do you suggest that I use it to the best of my advantage.

I have already tried adwords, it ran me about $100 in one week for only 140 clicks. Also tried link exchange. Still waiting on responses.

One option is get 10$ of that and convert it to NP$ which will be 500np$ @ 0.02. Then you go to the NP incentives forum and get 100 people to StumbleUpon your site and you pay them 5NP$ and once they do that you should get a lot of traffic from other users of StumbleUpon.

Try an ad campaign on StumbleUpon. I've got some good results from it, and I think your site is the kind of site which would do well in it. You might even get some organic Stumbles and get way more traffic than you paid for.

Dont know about the SU ad campaign but the one I suggested of paying people a few NP$ to SU your site is great value for money.

Both methods would work. The only thing about paying people is that it might be considered as spam (I'm not sure on this, though). I've tried advertising on StumbleUpon, and it's cheap, but you might get a lot more traffic from an organic StumbleUpon initiated by paying people to Stumble your site, than a paid campaign.

np$ incentives and np clicks http://www.namepros.com/npclicks.php are the most practical you don't need to challenge yourself to consume all 100 bucks btw. investing in domains is the way to go with it.

Lots of people do it in the NP incentives forum and also on other web/domain forums people do it. They wouldnt do it if they weren't allowed to.

Just because some thing's wrong doesn't stop people from doing it. I browsed through their TOS, and there seems to be nothing against it. However, paying people to Stumble content defeats the system. So, they couldn't be too happy about it.
