Estibot Value on Heart.Surgery is $14,000
Estibot Value on HeartSurgery.com is $71,000

I think this name is along the same lines of Coffee.Club

Curious to hear other opinions on the value and the intrinsic value

Update : Close to one hundred people view this one posting everyday ... It's insane ! My intelligent responses are on page 10 & 11 but for the first 5 or 6 pages I was defending my investment for anybody who maybe curious ...

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
And if you had the domain name of eye.surgery or plastic.surgery, and if you optimized the site properly, no reason why you couldn't be on page one of Google when searching "eye surgery". Would be good for a nationwide laser eye center with multiple locations. Unfortunately they don't think like that and realize the power of the search engines.
Porn.com is sold for millions? This because it's vital. ...

eyesurgery.biz is available. :D

Hate to say it, but eyesurgery.biz might be better than heart.surgery. :guilty:

That's too #%^*+*^% Hilarious !!! You think a .Biz name is worth more then a keyword GTLD. Listen you have you're market and I have mine. 100K. If you can't afford it then move along. If you want to start your own thread on Eye.surgery please do so. But also know I saw eye.surgery before heart.surgery and that renewal rate is just WOW ;) but hey if you think it's worth 100K grab it and don't let anyone talk #%^* about it.

I'm saying people invest more money on things that aren't need... Just my thought.

You're thought is wrong. People want porn but some people need heart surgery. Hearsurgery.com has a value of $71,000 but the truth is in intrinsic value it's at least five times that ... 100k is a small fortune for a name that can attract all types of investors including Com Investors. 3 days but 1000 + views. I am pretty sure people are clickin because they are curious. I don't see any of the best domains for appraisal getting this much feedback and highly doubt people are messaging their friends just to check out my thread...

I would add, heart.surgery might be good for information site or a charity site for collecting funds for those who need heart surgery and can't afford it with stories, testimonials, heart surgery information, latest developments in this sector and all. So, for It end user can find a good. Org for regfee or less than 499. I don't think any business will primarily name their business as heart surgery. Another chance of getting high value would be big corporations like facebook, google, apple would want to use it as their corporate social responsibility site or a research project for any research project like internet.org. Again, these are merely speculations or something like the fellow members said holding a lottery ticket.
If I were you I would have listened to the much experienced mmembers. :)

Hearsurgery.com has a value of $71,000

No it does not. Estibot is not accurate. The only value this name has is what someone is going to pay for it.
But I do hope you the best in selling it.

Should finish reading before you copy. Lol I agreed with you. Estibot is more so a guide to domain value but does not represent an accurate selling price for negative or positive value

People are clicking because of the number of posts and people are posting because of your attitude. You say it's worth 100k to an end user but are asking domainers to pay that.

It's the asking. I would sell it for 50K though If the offer was there. If I said the asking is 50K then someone would offer 20K in hopes that I would sell it. No attitude; just weeding out the downers

A couple of pages ago, you said 90k? This is why the thread is getting so big.. It's gold to read.

Not sure if you looked at heartsurgery.com, .net and .org, but they're all just click ads on all three, and not one is in use for anything related to heart surgery. If there was a demand for the name, wouldn't you think one of those would have a site relating to heart surgery? I'll bet anyone of them would sell their domain for a few hundred. If a hospital was selling ads for heart surgery, to get heart surgery customers, which would be weird and not possible, don't you think they would buy one of those domains? People don't shop around for heart surgery. They're "referred" to a surgeon at a hospital. So again, for what purpose would someone even buy heartsurgery.com? It's not like you can have a private practice doing heart surgery.

I can see it now..... get your discount heart surgery here!

An informational site wouldn't work either. Maybe heartdisease.com, but surgery?

That sucks on the $500.00 you spent, but I've done similar. We live and learn. Sell it on Sedo with a $500.00 reserve and pray.

I'm sorry Alesandro. I really hope the best for you with it. Like I said, I bought US.Directory and US.Finance and US.Services for almost as much as your $500.00. I would have thought 2 LL would do good. US.Directory suits almost any business, and USA.Directory is for sale for 100k. I'm still asking a hundred bucks for it and I can''t get a buyer, lol. I've learned by experience with these.

Greed destroys all, with everything. These registrars and the creators of the gTLD's raised the prices so high out of the gate, and with the high renewal fees, that their "greed" destroyed the potential of gTLD right from the start. It would have had a chance if they simply priced them like .com, but they went for high prices, again out of greed, and destroyed the entire gTLD market before it even began. Maybe if they just had standard $10 renewals after the initial purchase, but to charge those prices with crazy renewal fees, the whole idea floundered. They should have stuck with cheap prices like .com, and there may have been something with it, but the pricing destroyed the future of them forever. Crazy that they got greedy and went for crazy prices. Really a dumb move.

The dumbest gTLD i've ever seen is .blackfriday. At least it's only $9.99. But who in the hell would buy a .blackfriday extension? Why even sell something that dumb? What's funny is that, if you look for the name bird.blackfriday, some guy is selling it as a premium offering for $3,488.00 on Godaddy, lol. What in the hell is a bird blackfriday????? The guy thinks he's sitting on a lottery ticket and already has the money spent. Good grief.... Bird.Blackfriday? :-/

What about 3D.Software ? Coffee.Club ? Tube.Webcam & Asia.Webcam

you still dont get it, there are 1000's of 3D, Coffee, and webcam companies...not so much for Heart surgery, its a specialized industry and domains are not a priority

Thats why there is 1 sale in total reported on namebio for heartsurgery

heartsurgeryrecovery.com 150 USD

And sorry, but the fact you mention Estibot at all explains why you think its worth 100K :-/

I'm thinking about emailing the guy who owns bird.blackfriday to see if he will take 3k for it to see what he says. Going to tell him I'm starting a website about birds on blackfriday and it's my dream domain. Will see what he says. :D

This is hilarious but Heart.Surgery. Not so much. I am not using estibot as my main appraisal. lol. I am not that kind of guy. I think the general applications of the .Surgery name and the fact that one of the most important vital organs is attached to that keyword. I am taking into consideration that the name was reserved and the comparison of a name like Heart.Surgery with a renwal of $499 USD and Eye.Surgery which is $4,000 USD a month. I've looked at what many things could introduced into the domain; such as a Donation Site; Informational Site with Adsense; contacts for Heart Surgeons and or clinics that advertise in the Yellow Pages. The money is there and now all someone has to do is buy the name; monetize it; seo it; and figure out if they want to do any of the mentioned above. @gilescoley
