.tv Heart Internet NOT a scammer

My experience with Heart was excellent once the communication confusion over the county/state question got ironned out. I enjoyed taking advantage of the price(you betcha!) and never had to wait long for other answers I had.

I notice that their price is back to normal for .tv, but there seems to be some good sales off and on for other extensions. It's worth checking them out as it is good for me not to put all of my eggs in one basket. For being overwhelmed with new customers as they must have been, I give them a good grade.

Thanks and kudos once again to jimbo for thinking of the members here. I scored pretty good and am basically happy with them.

After the cr@p I took from a couple of members I really regretted passing on, what I thought, was valuable information.

The ability to get a .TV name for $8 against paying $25, or even $39 elsewhere certainly helped SOME people to acquire a foothold in the new era of .TV.

They have mixed reviews but I think that the neg press they got was rather unfair. They certainly don't appear to be scanners. I wonder if tv was a price mistake.

One thing for reference. They are a reseller so no refunds...

"scam" is a powerful word and yes there were problems for me but there customer care ticket helped me out, i got my names, im now good to go.. once your account is set up, its easy to buy and best of all its like 8 bucks. you guys can pay the 20 dollars a year while i can buy 2 years out and still come out cheaper..

im a happy customer.. i admit i was frustrated when i opened my account and this dumb county issue but there were another thread formed a few days back, couple people spoke up and gave them praise as well.

Heart Internet is awesome.
That $9.00 pricing is absolutely unheard of!

The coupla reg's that didnt reg, they sent me a refund pretty quickly,
So They're Customer Service is great.

Register for only £25.
What is that in US dollars about $40.00?

Looks like the golden goose has flown away - no more sub-$9 regs.

Look like the best offer at the moment is Domain Monster.

But it was nice while it lasted, and for some, they managed to get names some ten years in advance at that same $8.50 rate.

Thank you Heart Internet. Considering the low price we got the service has turned out to be exceptionally good.
