Well, I have an issue I don't know how to deal with. I have a valuable domain for a certain niche, it's the second most sought after domain you could get in that niche.
I've listed the domain on Godaddy Auctions, got some activity, emailed a few business owners in that specific niche, one of them replied back saying
"Good luck selling the keywordkeyword.com domain for xxxx, I got the domain keywordkeywordkeywordbullshit.com for xx"
I replied back saying the price he paid for the keywordkeywordkeywordbullshit.com is fair and explained him how
keywordkeywordkeywordbullshit.com gets 50 monthly searches and keywordkeyword.com gets 10.000 searches and CPC is 20$, and it's more generic, could be applied globally (as the niche can be extended globally without massive costs, being an intellectual services niche, very lucrative one).
He then replied that for the sum of xxxx he could have better ROI doing seo or adwords for that keywordkeywordkeywordbullshit.com. I finished explaining that I know that it's BS, for the xxxx sum he'd get no where near the first page for that comp kw and the xxxx budget will run out very fast on the adwords plan.
Anyway, he didn't make me an offer for that domain, I've lowered the price considerably for that domain, 30-40% at least, he keeps on replying, I see and know that he's interested but he doesn't make an offer. He just points out disadvantages in him purchasing this domain.
I know this is a negotiation tactic, but how do I close this mofo and make the sale? It's getting boring to keep replying back with counter arguments...
