GoDaddy to GoDaddy but he didnt Paid, any Chances?

If i send someone with Godaddy a Domain to his Godaddy account and he didnt paid for the Domain, is their a chance to get the Domain back?
I mean he cant do something with the Domain 60 days, will GoDaddy help me?

why are you pushing before payment? GoDaddy can't really help when you do private transactions that don't involve GoDaddy escrow. Its between you and the buyer.

i know some Sites likes NS, Epik
That they help and lock the Domains etc

Godaddy dont do that?...
