Established HD Wallpaper site for sale

I am selling the website High Definition Wallpapers : HD wallpapershighdefinitionwallpapers.net

I had alsorts of plans for this website, and had started to make it pretty popular but my host have just told me the website is becoming too busy for shared hosting and that i need to rent a server from them or move it off and as i cant afford it i am having to sell the site.

The website is currently getting 1800 unique visitors a day and rising quite quickly (increasing around 200 visitors a week), although not making much money from adsense:

Whoever takes it over may have the experience to earn a lot more cash from a rapidly growing website, i had been advised to put CPM on it as it gets around 32 thousand page impressions a day. It ranks 2nd on google for "HD wallpapers" out of 22,600,000 sites which brings ina quarter of its traffic as it is a popular search keyphrase.

Hello,

Few questions...

1. How old is the site (in months)
2. How is it getting most of its traffic? Ex: if I pull all the banners and ads from there, will it still continue to grow in traffic?
3. What are the COPYRIGHTS associated with the images? Are you allowed to legally reproduce them or is there a copyright risk?
4. Compete.com and similar traffic estimation sites show 1400 uniques per month, but you claim that per day.

1. i registered the site december 2008 and think it was about feb 2009 that i completed the site.
2. over 60% of the traffic comes from search engines, direct url, bookmark etc and 38% is spread over the link echanges, links from forums people have made and other websites i either submitted to or forums have linked to all this is shown in the awstats link.
3. the copyrights are as follows, the website agrees at the bottom if an image is owned by another company or individual to contact us and we will remove it, i have also left links to other websites in tact if they have had links etc although in my 8 years of creating public gallery sites, blogs and wallpaper sites i have never had anyone ask me to remove an image yet
4. I dont think there is a more accurate form of statistics than one that is installed on the domain and if you look at my stats in the link given below you will see the site has been hitting 1800+ visitors over the last few days - 1600 yesterday as the site was disabled by the hosts for 5 hours until ui convinced them to renable it until i sold it or moved to a new host
