Established Selling Popular Wallpaper site with 3000+ uniques a day

I am selling my website HD Wallpapers

The website is currently getting 3000 unique visitors a day and rising. It has google adsense on their at the moment which made $83.30 USD last month but im sure that someone with more experience in ads than me can somehow convert the 3000 vistors into some good revenue. I have been told CPM would be best.

A lot of the incoming traffic comes in from google as its number 2 for "HD Wallpapers" which is a popular search term.

and also says 65% of traffic is coming from search engines

is there anyway i can make the google analytics publicly viewable ? or would i have to post a screenshot ?

What's with all the pornish banners on the site? Can that stuff go away? And are any of the wallpapers on the site adult? And to be sure without assuming, the site does have permissions from all copyright holders of the images in the wallpapers to distribute?

any of the banners can be replaced with alternative less adult based banners, no none of the sites it links to are of adult nature.

The website copyright statement at the bottom of the page agrees that if an image is owned by another company or individual to contact us and we will remove it, i have also left links to other websites in tact if they have had links etc although in my 8 years of creating public gallery sites, blogs and wallpaper sites i have never had anyone ask me to remove an image yet.

I suppose if you had it on a semi decent vps i suppose it would cost 50$ a month

i never said anything about it costing $500 dollars a month, anyone with a decentish VPS or dedicated server which can cost as little as $50-60 dollars a month

I'm sorry, I don't know how this was misinterpreted. I did say

Meaning that at the end of the year, I'd guesstimate $500 net profit. I'm just wondering why it's valued at about 4 times that?

the website is high traffic and i have only been able to put cost per click from adsense, and that revenue is only with minimal ads on there, there are other forms of revenue like CPM (cost per mile) can pay upto $1 a per thousand page impressions or $3 on companies such as traffic revenue for US ads and with its rather high page impressions a day and rising on Google analytics. I beleive this, the fact that its growing everyday, the good domains name, good rankings , the design etc all add to the value of the website.
