Having issues with GoDaddy backorder

its been over a week since i lost out on a name (Zoommail.com) .i called in your reps to cancel my back order. the confirmed it had been done. BUT up till now i have not been able to receive my money , i have even been to my local bank branch for confirmation.(just to be sure its no fault of theirs)

my username = Farouk20

I have messaged you in private but no response.i felt i should bring it up here,having been patient for 2 weeks now .
