I have a couple of undeveloped domain names that have received offers. The buyers seem to be serious but their offers are much too low. They're asking me for a price and I'm trying to figure out what that should be. I have about 700 domains which I bought predicting future trends and some of those future trends are becoming current trends which has sparked interest in the domains.

I remember finding a great site that would let you search for past domain name sales based on a keyword. Does anyone know which site that is?

Any advice for valuating a domain besides using a site like that?

I have both the singular and plural of these domains and the buyers want both. Should that increase the price and if so, to what degree?

Should I get a professional involved on my side?

I can have a look if you send them over in private. Hard to give any advice without seeing the names.

Namebio.com has historical sales data.

NameBio,estibot, domain value sites although value is hard to estimate in some cases. Take the age and as you said the popularity of those keywords into consideration. Without knowing the domain it’s hard to say more.

I find dnpric.es to be the best by far when it comes to advance searches of past sales.
