Has GoDaddy Valuations Broken or Moved?

I was using the URL, https://xx.godaddy.com/domain-value-appraisal, (xx=country code) but in the last 2 days, it does everything like before except, it's not producing the valuation. I wondered if it was the VPN? This started working properly in about the same timeframe. But turning it off produced the same results.
