ever been appraised at allfordomains.com? if so did you scale higher or lower then expected? i just had a manual appraisal from there for mid $x,xxx on a domain i thought might be worth high $xxx to very low $x,xxx. Any patterns here?

Always good to check the boards for any "hot words" before doing anything that could be suspect.
