I got an offer today from a developer to partner up on one of my domains today. I am assuming they want to partner because they cant afford to buy it.
I don't have the details yet since I haven't replied just yet but I was just wondering if anyone here has done this and did you have any success with it.

Thanks

I own DevelopMyDomains.com and partner with domain owners all the time, you have to have a contract, clearly defined mutual goals, and both give something the other doesn't.

It can't be one-sided - it may be worth exploring.

Thanks robdocherty,

And with any great contract I can assume there are attorney fees involved?
What would a run of the mill contract cost to get done? ....Ballpark.

You can do contracts yourself.

I would only partner if your project is going to cost a ton to develop. Otherwise you're better off paying for development and having 100 percent ownership.

It depends, under $2,000.
