Has anyone else had this problem with Moniker?

Back in July I registered a domain with Moniker. As I typically do, I immediately check my WhoIs information to make sure everything shows correctly. When I checked I see this:

That isn't even close to who I am. I live in the states. The only thing that showed correctly was the date I registered. Immediately I submit a ticket to Moniker support. After fighting for weeks and weeks it basically came down to them refunding my money because they claimed it was taken and that their partner Key-Systems was to blame. As of right now that same domain name shows as available to register across every registrar I've checked.

Fast forward to today. I have some prepaid funds in my Moniker account to use up so I register an entirely different domain name. Guess who's information is showing in the WhoIs records. You got it, same info as above.

Is it possible my Moniker account was somehow hacked by this guy? I checked all the contact info in my account and everything looks ok. I have a feeling Moniker isn't going to get anything done once again.
