domain HandShake.Loans and Balloon.Loans

To aid the appraisal process Namepros asks that you provide an explanation, and any other supporting data for your appraisal request. Since registering my first dot loan(s) domain about 10 days ago, I've met with two, and personally talked with two mortgage brokers/lenders about their business. None of the brokers had heard about the .loan(s) extension as expected, but when I told them that Home.Loans sold for 500K January 21st, 2018, I certainly got their attention.

Because I'm so new to domaining, I would like to ask for your help appraising the following domains that I just registered:

HandShake.Loans
Balloon.Loans
and
HandShakeAuto.com

Handshake.Loans - reg fee for this one. The name is difficult to sell and I would suggest you to try to diversify your portfolio into .COMs as well.

Balloon.loans - that's a decent one. Makes sense. Hold onto this one.
there might be people coming to enquire on this one, although I doubt that it might happen anytime soon. I would say, if you see a 3-5 years vision with this one, park it with make offer and wait for someone to approach. Low to mid xxxx for this one.
Although you can;t really put a specific price.
Sometimes, if it sells, you may really negotiate it big time!
