Hello Appraisers,
Would appreciate appraisal for PropertyMortgageBroker.com

A Property Mortgage Broker is a professional who acts as an intermediary between loan customers and the lending institutions who offer their mortgage products. In some instances mortgage brokers specialise, for instance a property and investment mortgage broker specialises in appropriate lending finance for those buyers seeking to purchase an investment property whilst considering their long term portfolio goals.

If you saw the DICTIONARY definition, property is part of the definition of mortgage, thus it is redundant to use "property" to narrow down mortgage.

Exactly. You can be technical all you want, but in the end "mortgage" cannot be defined without conveying that property is somehow involved.

propertymortgagebrokerS.com is available to hand reg. A lot of us didnt start doing this yesterday. Good Luck Bro

Yeah... to me, this is probably the biggest red flag. Some more available ones:
  • OnlinePropertyMortgage
  • BestPropertyMortgage
  • AffordablePropertyMortgage
All gems! :)

The basic premise of "I believe a longer domain name is usually easier by memory" goes against common sense and basic domaining principles. You are comparing a 5 seemingly random letter non-pronounceable domain to a 5 word domain. That scenario you gave might work, but its a crafted scenario whereas 9 out of 10 times the shorter domain wins.

To me "property morgage broker" seems repetitive. You don't need both "property" and "mortgage" in there. The value is more in the industry and the difficulty in finding any good 1-2 word domains for it. Just like as 4L domains dry up, 5L domains become more valuable. I still don't see it as one that would have much more than hit or miss value. The keywords aren't searched and are confusing/repetitive. You are going to need to bank it on a buyer wanting to name/brand themselves that way because they can't afford a more expensive domain.

That being said, if you truly have a valid offer (and not a scam offer), then take it and run. I can't imagine this domain getting another 4 figure offer anytime soon.

Hope this helps and wish you the best!

I think you hit the nail on the head here mate, spot on! What you saying makes perfect sense. Especially with regards to the repetitiveness of the domain, it's a given that mortgage relates to property so there is no need to have property there as well. It's like having VehicleCarInsurance.com , just doesn't work.

In my suburb a 3 bedroom apartment/house costs around 800-1Million on average. Brokers and estate agents make easy 30-50K per deal and please note I am not in the US and when new companies/finance providers come and invest they buy domains in bulk from various sources and redirect it to their business name regardless of actual business registered as bling bling dumplings pty ltd on paper. No points to be proven here on angles and mathametics of letters and combination as I had a target market in mind and if you really know Chinese investors, you would know they don't like any sort of competition. All in all I spent another pack of chewing gum on 3DTRD.COM & VRTRD.COM ;)

Not questioning the strength of the industry. The only reason I think this has any value is due to that - there is so much demand with so little supply. Also, what I said about investors has nothing to do with them not liking competition - I agree, but they still don't buy/invest blindly. :)

Nevertheless, I am trying to help and I truly wish you the best!

Thanks bud. What do you think of the other 2, 3D and VR (TRD)?

You are extremely wrong! You are discrimative and you don't look at the whole picture. Your learning is limited. There is Zero such thing about know it all. You keep mentioning about English is not my language; you are exactly right. However, the fact is you are not being truthful about it. You are in disguised, about the faction. You keep saying I don't understand because I don't speak English.

NumberOne, it because your primary language is English this doesn't mean your are automatically level as know it all. Everything came from learning; read and write. I have met many people that their primary language is English, born and raised here; but they fail from school. Even my own language, I still don't claimed that I'm good at it.

So using the word English to depend yourself or used it to gain points; it indecates weakness and has non added value. And I don't trust those people who claimed they are superior and discrimative.

Honestly, I don't do much investment in VR / 3D, but know their market is pretty saturated with possible domain names. This means that you need to have a strong domain to make much profit. A lot of money in those technologies, however. I am curious what TRD stands for (or am I totally missing the obvious?). I only see Toyota Racing Development in Google, but that would be a TM if used that way.

Can you give us some examples of some of the names that have been bought in bulk and which businesses bought them?

Have you personally sold domains this way? Which ones? How did you get in touch with the buyers?

Please quit this argument. I am not discriminating. I NEVER claimed to be superior. Are you honestly claiming that selling English word domains is not dependant on the English language? That's a new one for me.

If you don't understand a basic English principle due to your lack of English understanding, then YES, your English skill is what is impacting your domaining. That is NOT discrimination. I would have the SAME (probably MUCH worse) if I tried domaining in your native language. That's just a reality of life, not discrimination.

Let's get back to this thread and not hijack it. I've been respectful on this thread and I want to keep it that way.

I can tell the way you represent yourself. It is your problem if you don't want to speak anyother languages. That is how you navigate yourself to the best of your knowledge; you are the role model for yourself.

When did I say I didn't want to speak any other languages? He is asking for an appraisal on a domain using ENGLISH words. Should I want to use another language in appraising this domain? Do these words mean something else in another language? Please use facts rather than baseless personal attacks because you said something incorrect.

You are trying to squazed things around. I have never said or claimed that "selling a domain name is not dependant on English word, words or phrases.

Nowhere in this posting I have ever mentioned the "Word English" the only one who mentioned the word "English" is.YOU!

And people read this posting can analyze your intention and what direction you are going to...

I am happy to let people read what I wrote and analyze my intention. I am done discussing this since you keep insisting on fallacies. I will only reply to something related to the OP's appraisal requests out of respect to him and so this does not get further hijacked by you.

I mean this objectively and not offensively, but you don't understand the English language (I won't speak for other languages as there are sometimes nuances). I am not squishing anything in there or making up stories. In English, it is redundant to use a word in front of a word that already includes that word as part of it. This isn't even subjective. This is English.
"I won't speak for other languages as there sometimes nuances" other member can analyze your statement.

I'm going to make an exception and reply to this because you obviously don't understand what I said and if this hung you up, I want to clarify. The phrase "I won't speak for xyz" means that I don't want to put words in someone or something's mouth - aka, I don't know enough to speak about it. I don't know other languages well enough to say that this would be wrong in those languages. An example nuance is how in koine Greek (and maybe modern, I'm not sure), they use a double negative to emphasize something. In English, that would cancel it out. SO basically, I am telling you that what I am saying about English may not be true in other languages. How is there ANYTHING wrong with me saying this? How is this being discriminatory?

Sure that's what you meant . Haha :)
The fact is You is the only one who mentioned the word "English" and the rist is history.
