Grooovy site and content required

dunno if im in the right forum cos ive not visited these outa reaches before but i need the following??

I have a site that is a scores prediction game (coding and scripts already completed)

I now need someone to groove it up a bit.

the site is: www.premiershipchallenge.com

and the site i want it to look something like is:

I also need someone to test the script, ensure the navigation works correctly, install a forum...

I need help sooner rather than later, can you PM me with what help you can offer, what your experience is and how much you want for doing the job.

If i dont get some help by mid week then ill go off to scriptlance etc but id obviously much prefer to work with someone from NP's.

And preferably with someone who likes sports/soccer.

fyi I know exactly what i want, just dont know how to do it myself...

I love doing jobs for NP$ and I prefer it that way. I can teach you how to use CSS scripts to make your sites look a little more spiced up. You have to have a lot of content to be able to get sites looking that good. I don't know the script to setup the changing front page but I can get the links and layout to look like those. The price varies and I am sure we can work something out. PM me for information.
