Basketball Site

I have a few questions for it. This is a basketball site, equipped with a pretty huge sized forum.

1. What is it lacking and could improve on?

2. Any ideas what I should do with the Grey Space? I have thought of a few things, such as an ad or game scores. Let me know what you think.


3. What is the value of the site? Design, and active forum takin into account? We have 200 members online everyday..and usually 30-40 members on at a time, with a ton of guests. I'm not by any means looking to sell the site, just looking to know what I have. I know f similar forums with far less active members have sold for 5K+ so just wondering how much more this one would be worth.

I think firstly you should center your site. As for the grey, I agree that scores would be awesome there. Pricing, no clue because I do not appraise. I would recommend putting that in the appraisal section.
