It is powered by PHPBB with a custom skin and is a perfect start-up forum. There is no revenue or statistics as the site hasn't been advertised.

The forum skin is a modified version of Nosebleed a free skin for PHPBB i would just like to add so it's not completely custom.

Its actualy a customisation of Conundrum...a HEAVY modification, the only thing that is not uniquely modified is the images. So yes, it is custom (I have also even left credit to Mike Lothar, the creator of both Nosebleed and Conundrum in the footer).

Yes, i can move it to your server - however i would need you to provide 1 mysql DB and ftp info.

Even if the new owner was to just do the site up and sell it, whatever happens you'll make a proffit - i would be doing it myself if i had the time.
