Established Webmaster Forum, Vbulletin, Custom Skin...

I have a possible webmaster forum for sale, I am very very very hesitant to sell unless I get a very good offer. The url is
w e b m a s t e r s d a t a b a s e.com - remove the spaces. It runs a new vbulletin license (owned) and a beautiful custom skin (1 non custom as well). Currently its got 1,317 posts and 70 members. I am open to offers above $500, I have currently put in around $600 into the forum for the license, skin and the great domain. Shoot me your offers via PM only please!
